Kaliber is an excellent roofing company! I contacted Carlos, we quickly setup an appointment for an inspection, he broke out the drone and did a thorough, detailed roof inspection, and gave me an informed breakdown of the work required (including hi res pictures) and quickly sent over a written estimate the same day. Carlos replaced my entire roof on a four bedroom two bathroom in Ontario California. I received several quotes from different vendors in the local area and Carlos/Kaliber Roofing was the most reasonably price. They showed up when they said they were, did great work, and got the job done in just a few days. I think my experience with Carlos was very reasonable. I found one issue with some facia board and pointed it out to Carlos and he repaired it without hesitation; this was done and pointed out before the final job walk.

"If you need a reliable roofing company, look no further than Kaliber Roofing Inc. When my original roofer failed to show up to place a tarp on my roof hours before a big storm, I called Kaliber Roofing right before they closed and spoke with Carlos. It was 8PM, and I know he was tired, but when he heard my issue, he gladly offered to help. Carlos first checked when the storm was scheduled to begin and then checked his computer software to see if the original roofer may have placed the tarp on my roof, and we were unaware. When we could not verify over the computer, he did me a HUGE favor and personally drove to my rental property to see if the tarp was there - I live 30 minutes away, and it was getting late! Carlos got on the roof, took photos, and sent them to my phone. After confirming the tarp wasn't there, he had a spare tarp on hand, got back on his ladder, and placed that tarp on the roof. Everything was done within a little more than an hour of my original call (cry, lol). I could have been in so much trouble, and I am so thankful Kaliber went above and beyond. It's a couple of days later, and we are in the middle of the storm, and I am so happy with the service provided by this company. Additionally, Carlos's attitude was great, and he cared about and understood my situation and focused on resolving my issue quickly. Kaliber provided exceptional service, which means EVERYTHING when dealing with something as important as your roof. I highly recommend this roofing company.
